Cautions

We provide entertainment services under our official application to the new Japan's Businesses Affecting Public Morals Regulation Act. We are obliged to protect our female associates. For your leisure, please follow the usage terms below. We reserve the right to suspend our service without refunds and claim for compensation stemming from the violations.

We will immediately report the following and the violator will be invited to go to the local police station accompanied by our staff member. The violator will then need to fill out a pledge before being given custody to his/her family or colleagues.

The membership card of the violator will be confiscated for sure and he/she will not be allowed to come to visit us again.

We strictly prohibit the following visitors from coming,

• Those under the age of 18 / high school students
• Those belong to/ are related to gangsters or equivalent ones
• Those with drug addiction/holders of drugs prohibited by laws
• Night club hosts, competitors, host recruiters, or anyone aiming at recruitment
• Those diagnosed with/ suspected to have sexually transmitted diseases
• Drunk/ unhygienic visitors based on our judgment
• Those with contagious diseases, high temperature, influenza, or viral diseases
• Violent visitors
• Visitors for the sake of pranks

We reserve the right to judge and suspend our service at any time (with no refunds).

Prohibitions

• Sexual intercourse/ requests of sexual intercourse
• Verbal/ physical requests beyond our scope of service
• Invitation/ direction of companion without passing through our management
• Verbal/ physical violence, undesirable actions as judged by our female associates
• Unauthorized video/ audio recording using video recorders, digital devices, or phones
• Request of services out of our specified service time
• Movement to places we cannot reach our accompanying associates
• Companion requests for recruitment purposes (competitors or equivalent ones)
• Stalking behaviors to our accompanying associates, or similar behaviors
• Request for personal information (name/address/phone no./ email address, etc.)

Sexual intercourse as well as all related requests, negotiations, and coercions are also strictly prohibited. Our female associate will immediately suspend the service and leave for violations and suspicious behaviors (requests, negotiations, and coercions for sexual intercourse) with, absolutely, no refunds. “Only a bit”, “just this”, “don’t tell the management”, “everyone does this”, and “I’ll pay xx” are, without a shadow of doubt, clear illustrations of violation.

Unauthorized video/audio recordings are obviously crimes. We will confiscate all devices concerned and report to the police once we’ve noticed.

Please be reminded that we set out a full-service charge as the cancellation fee for cancellations less than 1 hour in advance.

[1] Declaration of the attainment and usage of personal information

Before we collect personal information, we shall state in advance the usage purpose and whether the information would be provided to a third party. Please note the following definition of personal information and its usage purposes.

Name, phone number, membership number, and email address of our customers

Usage purpose

To make sure our customers follow our rules; to prevent service quality deterioration, demotivation, and the resignation of our female associates considering the disturbance stemming from the violation by a small number of customers. We make use of the collected personal information to prohibit violators from visiting again.

[2] Management of personal information

We endeavor to manage collected personal information in accordance with related laws and our internal regulations. We shall establish appropriate and practice measures to prevent nefarious access, loss, damage, falsification, and leakage of personal information. In case of occurrence, we shall take swift action to cope with the issue.

[3] Use of personal information

We shall only use the collected personal information for the purpose declared in [1] above but not for any other purposes. We are obliged to notify in advance information holders of any changes in the usage purposes or usages other than the stated purposes. We shall also delete/ dispose of unnecessary personal information in a prompt manner.

[4] Disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties

We shall not disclose/ provide personal information to any third party.

Intellectual property rights

Users shall agree to comply with the following for access to this website and the usage of its contents. Only BBW and our management agency possess the portrait rights, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights for all or part(s) of the content of this website.

Therefore, downloading, displaying, quoting, reposting, copying, modifying, publishing, distributing, or sending all or part(s) of the contents on this website without the authorization of BBW and our management agency infringes intellectual property rights. Violation or request for a third party to violate are both prohibited by law. When we spot any violation and nefarious usage, we shall take strict legal actions (e.g. lawsuit) based on professional advice from our legal advisors.
